Higgs Garage Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

   Hey there, we're Higgs Garage - a veteran-owned small business. We're all about making sure your purchase arrives in the condition we sent it and you love what you buy from us. 


Returns and Exchanges



All Sales are Final 


  • If you do not like the item for a particular reason please reach out to Timothy@Higgsgarage.com. Let us know why within 30 days of items arrival so we can resolve the issue in the best manor possible. Subject to 50% restocking fee, shipping, and return shipping will be customer responsibility. 


  • If the order has NOT been processed and is canceled a 100% refund will be issued.


  • If the order HAS been processed but not shipped it can be canceled but will acquire a 50% restocking fee and any shipping charges that have been acquired if a label has been purchased.


  • If you ordered the wrong size or color we can exchange within 15 days of arrival. Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.


  • All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.


  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return. This small step makes the return process faster and smoother for everyone involved.


  • All "on sale" items are final and can not be returned.


  • Any and all damaged or missing items must be reported to Timothy@Higgsgarage.com within 3 days of package arrival!


  • If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email Timohty@Higgsgarage immediately.  If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer the order is subject to a refund minus a 50% restocking fee and the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package. 


  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure they order the correct item, ship to the correct shipping address, choose the correct size, and report any and all issues immediately to Timothy@Higgsgarage.com.


  • Include the following with your qualifying return or exchange. The item in the condition you received it; Unused, Unwashed, and with its original packaging. Include your receipt showing entire order with name shipping address. If this is an exchange please ensure you note the shipping address you would like your replacement to be shipped to along with what your requesting we exchange it with in terms of size and color. 


  • We do reserve the right to refuse any and all returns or exchanges if we determine they do not meet any of the above criteria or show signs of things such as deodorant, fragrance, animal hair, alterations, modifications, makeup, misuse, damage other than shipping, or any other reason we see fit.




Refunds


   Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of its arrival. We'll also keep you informed about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method without delay. The processing time may vary depending on your card issuer, but rest assured we'll do our part to expedite the process.


Shipping

 

   You'll need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. It's a small journey for your item, but we believe in getting it right for you. While shipping costs aren't refundable, we hope that the peace of mind you'll get is worth it.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. We just want to make sure you're aware of this upfront.

If your pre-ordered item arrives damaged or defective, we want to know about it right away. We'll do everything we can to rectify the situation and ensure you receive the top-quality product you anticipated.


   Remember, your trust in us isn't taken lightly. Every pre-ordered item is a promise from our garage to your home, and we're committed to fulfilling that promise to the best of our ability.
